Welcome to Drover's cottage. The cottage built around 100 years ago by a sheep drover whose family still live locally today.

Drovers is a cottage that has been restored to its former glory. A comfortable cottage offering stylish traditional surroundings with all the comforts of home. We're situated just 5 minutes from Hastings, 15-20 from Napier and within walking distance from Havelock North Village.

The cottage has been designed to be fully self-catering with spa bath, dishwasher, microwave, automatic washing machine, TV with Sky Digital and stereo.

We're within easy reach of some of New Zealand's finest wineries, excellent trout fishing rivers and superb golf courses. Napier - just 15-20 minutes away is known as the "Art Deco Capital of the World" with many interesting buildings and museums to see. The Havelock area is referred to as the "Fruit Bowl of New Zealand", so there's a plentiful supply of beautiful fresh produce available direct from local growers. (There's a Strawberry farm directly across the road from the Cottage!).
